Eirra Postnatal provides bespoke postnatal care, restorative therapies and family-centred support tailored to the individual needs of each family. Our aim is to provide compassionate, evidence-based care that promotes recovery, confidence and wellbeing during the postnatal period.
2. Services
Services are available in clients’ homes and across our carefully selected destinations, subject to availability. Every family’s needs are unique, and services are tailored following an initial consultation or enquiry.
3. Bookings
All bookings begin with an enquiry submitted through our website or by email. A booking is confirmed only once it has been accepted in writing by Eirra Postnatal. We reserve the right to decline or amend bookings where necessary.
4. Payments
Payment terms, including accepted payment methods, fees and any required deposits, will be confirmed at the time of booking. Payment is due in accordance with the agreed booking terms.
5. Cancellations and Changes
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible. Any cancellation terms or applicable fees will be confirmed before your booking is finalised. We will always do our best to accommodate changes where possible.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information relevant to the services requested, including any information that may affect the safe delivery of care. Please inform us promptly of any changes to your circumstances before your appointment.
7. Healthcare
Eirra Postnatal complements, but does not replace, the advice, diagnosis or treatment provided by your GP, midwife, health visitor or other healthcare professionals. If you or your baby require urgent medical attention, please contact the appropriate emergency or healthcare services immediately.
8. Confidentiality and Privacy
We respect your privacy and handle all personal information in accordance with our Privacy Notice and applicable UK data protection legislation. Information shared with us is treated confidentially and used only for the purposes of providing and coordinating our services.
9. Liability
While we exercise reasonable skill, care and professionalism in delivering our services, Eirra Postnatal cannot accept responsibility for circumstances beyond our reasonable control or for losses arising from inaccurate information provided by clients.

We may update or amend our services, policies or these Terms & Conditions from time to time where necessary. The most current version will always be available on our website.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
